Free on-site survey. We assess throughput, hygiene requirements, available space and operating constraints.

Detailed written quote with refrigeration sizing, equipment specification, install plan and F-Gas paperwork itemised.

Scheduled install with minimum disruption. Commissioning, temperature verification and full handover with operating documentation.

Annual servicing, F-Gas reporting and same-day breakdown response under active service contracts.

How quickly can you respond to a breakdown?
Same-day response during working hours for active service contract clients, prioritised over routine work. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 7:30am to 6pm.
What sectors do you work with?
Restaurants, supermarkets, food production, healthcare, pharma, pubs and hotels. Anything where refrigeration uptime and compliance matter.
Do you handle F-Gas compliance?
es. Every install and service is F-Gas compliant with leak testing, refrigerant tracking and reporting documented and kept on file.
Can you maintain a system another company installed?
es. We take on existing refrigeration systems under service contracts, subject to a first-visit health check.
How quickly can you install a cold room or walk-in?
Lead time depends on the spec, but most modular walk-in installs run two to four weeks from quote acceptance. Bespoke cold rooms typically four to eight weeks.
Do you do small jobs as well as multi-site contracts?
Both. Single restaurant walk-in installs and multi-site retail or hospitality contracts. Same engineering standard either way.
