Commercial AC
Commercial air conditioning, properly engineered.
Air Waze UK designs, installs, services and maintains commercial air conditioning for offices, retail, restaurants, hotels and light industrial buildings across South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. F-Gas certified, fully insured, contractor-trusted.
What we install
Multi-zone systems for working buildings.
Commercial air conditioning specified around how the building actually gets used. Multi-zone control, even temperature distribution, clean ceiling lines, properly commissioned and documented.
01
Multi-split systems
One outdoor unit driving multiple indoor heads across offices, clinics, retail units and serviced workspaces. Independent zone control, single external footprint.
02
VRF and VRV
Variable refrigerant flow systems for larger commercial buildings. Multi-storey, multi-tenant, simultaneous heating and cooling on different zones.
03
Ducted systems
Concealed ducted units for offices, restaurants and hospitality. Even distribution, low visible footprint, integrated with the ceiling design.
04
Ceiling cassettes
Four-way and one-way cassettes for retail floors, restaurants, cafes and hotels. Discreet, evenly distributed, easy to maintain.

How it works
Survey, spec, install, maintain.

FAQ
Commercial air conditioning, answered.
Do you work with main contractors and M&E consultants?
Yes. We've delivered commercial AC packages via McLaren Construction, Glencar and Leo Lynch among others. Specifications, programme and handover documentation handled properly.
Do you do multi-site service contracts?
Yes. Annual servicing and same-day breakdown response across multiple sites under a single contract.
Can you install in occupied buildings?
Yes. Most commercial installs are scheduled around the operation, with out-of-hours work where needed to avoid disruption.
Do you handle F-Gas compliance for commercial installs?
Yes. All commercial installs are F-Gas compliant with proper documentation, leak testing and reporting kept on file.
What are your typical lead times?
Most commercial multi-split installs run two to four weeks from quote acceptance. VRF and ducted fit-outs typically four to eight weeks depending on equipment lead-times.
Can you take over an existing commercial system?
Yes. We service and maintain existing commercial AC under contract regardless of who installed it, subject to a first-visit health check.
